2. Definitions

“Product” refers to NURA prebiotic matcha RTD (ready‑to‑drink canned matcha), including any future flavours or limited‑edition artist bottles.


“Service” refers to our website, online ordering, delivery (including bike delivery), customer support, and any related offerings.


“User” or “You” refers to any individual or entity interacting with our products, services, or website.

3. Use of Products and Services

3.1 Compliance with Laws
You agree to use our products and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.


3.2 Eligibility
By using our products or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.


3.3 Health Disclaimer
NURA products are functional beverages containing prebiotic fibre and matcha. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have specific health concerns, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medication, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming NURA.

4. Product and Service Offerings

4.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display accurate product information, including taste, ingredients, and nutritional content. Minor variations may occur due to natural ingredient sourcing or batch differences.


4.2 Future Offerings
These Terms apply to all current and future NURA products, including new flavours, artist series bottles, and any other functional beverages we may launch.


4.3 Sustainable Packaging
Our products are packaged in recyclable aluminium cans . We encourage you to recycle responsibly in accordance with your local recycling policies.


4.4 Bike Delivery (“We pedal, you prep”)
Where available, we offer bike delivery to select areas of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. If your address is not within the bike delivery zone and you select that option, we will notify you and switch to standard courier at no extra cost.

5. Orders, Payments, and Pricing

5.1 Orders
Orders may be placed via our website, through Instagram/WhatsApp direct messages, or at pop‑up events. All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.


5.2 Pricing
Prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Prices may change without prior notice.


5.3 Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and cash (for in‑person sales at pop‑ups). We do not store full payment details.


5.4 Discounts and Promotions
Discount codes, promotional offers, or loyalty programs may have additional terms, which will be provided at the time of the promotion.

6. Delivery and Shipping

6.1 Delivery Scope
We currently deliver only to addresses within Hong Kong. We do not ship overseas.


6.2 Delivery Timeline
Standard courier: 2–5 business days
Bike delivery: 1–2 business days (select areas only)
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays).


6.3 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for purchased products transfer to you upon delivery.


6.4 Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt (see Section 7 below).

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Note: Because NURA is a consumable beverage, we do not accept returns for change of mind(e.g., you simply don’t like the taste).


7.1 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
 

We offer a free replacement for:

  • Products damaged in transit (leaking, crushed can)

  • Defective products (off taste, unusual appearance)

  • Wrong items sent

You must contact us at rituals.nura@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number (if you have one)

  • A clear photo or short video showing the issue

  • (For defective product) the batch number printed on the can

We may ask you to dispose of the product locally rather than ship it back. Once approved, we will send a free replacement.


7.2 Refunds (Only if product is out of stock)
If the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect any returned item. Bank processing may take an additional 5–10 business days.


7.3 Non‑Refundable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed cans

  • Change of mind

  • Products bought from unauthorised resellers


7.4 Order Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been prepared for shipment.


7.5 Subscription Cancellations
If you have a recurring subscription, you may cancel at least 7 days before the next renewal date by emailing us. We do not refund already processed subscription payments.

8. Subscriptions and Memberships

8.1 Recurring Subscriptions
If you subscribe to regular NURA deliveries, your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days unless cancelled. You may manage or cancel your subscription via email.


8.2 Founding Member Program
From time to time, we may offer a “Founding Member” program with additional benefits. Such programs have separate terms provided at the time of enrolment.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership
All content, trademarks (including “NURA”, “Noobles”, character names, and logos), designs, and intellectual property on our platforms are owned by NURA Rituals Limited.


9.2 Restrictions
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

10. User Accounts

10.1 Account Creation
You may create an account on our website to access certain services (e.g., subscription management, clan quiz results). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.


10.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour (e.g., fraudulent returns, harassment of staff).

11. Privacy and Data Collection

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Our
Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your information.


11.2 Cookies
Our website uses cookies to improve user experience. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 General Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NURA Rituals Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.


12.2 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier disruptions.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.


13.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good‑faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in Hong Kong in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).

14. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
