FAQs

Does NURA help with bloating?

Prebiotic fiber helps support healthy digestion and regularity, which can reduce the feeling of bloating for many people. Combined with matcha's natural anti-inflammatory properties, NURA is designed to be gentle on your digestive system

Is NURA suitable for people with IBS or sensitive stomachs?

Matcha itself is considered low FODMAP and less likely to trigger digestive symptoms than coffee, thanks to its lower acidity and the calming effect of L-theanine. However, everyone's tolerance is different. If you have a diagnosed digestive condition, please consult a healthcare professional before introducing any new functional beverage into your routine.

Does NURA contain caffeine? How much?

Yes – matcha naturally contains caffeine, but it's released more slowly than coffee thanks to L‑theanine, which promotes calm focus without the jitters. A typical serving of matcha contains roughly 35mg of caffeine, about one‑third of a cup of brewed coffee (95mg)

How should I store NURA?

NURA is shelf‑stable and does not require refrigeration. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For the best experience, enjoy chilled.

Is NURA gluten‑free / allergen‑free?

NURA is gluten‑free. The product contains milk and is manufactured in a facility that also processes dairy, so it is not suitable for those with severe dairy allergies.

What are Noobles?

Noobles are the four quirky companion characters in the NURA Verse – not avatars of you, but little sidekicks that match your energy. Think of them as Minions for matcha: they accompany you, they make you laugh, and they make gut health fun.
