Devie doesn't have a type. Devie has a energy. Walks into any room and somehow immediately knows everyone. Devie is everyone's favourite person and also the reason half the group has trust issues.

"It'll be fun." It was fun. It was also 4am on a Wednesday.
"Just one hour." Four hours later, Devie is making friends with strangers and you've somehow agreed to a spontaneous trip next month.
"It's only today." It was not only today. It was never only today.
Devie operates on pure instinct and zero forward planning. Not because they're reckless — because in Devie's mind, things always work out.
Bob says no to everything. This is Devie's favourite thing about Bob. "No" is just Bob putting on their jacket while still saying no.Bob always comes. Bob always has the worst time. Bob always makes sure everyone gets home safe and knows where they left their things.
Devie would be completely lost without Bob. Devie will never say this out loud.
Devie doesn't plan. Never has. Shows up, something happens, it's incredible, nobody knows how. Bloatie also showed up. Also made something happen. Also is now telling the whole story like it was their idea — and the worst part is Bloatie fully believes it was. Devie invented this. Bloatie is doing it louder. Bloatie is doing it with a whole narrative arc and three callbacks. This was not agreed upon.
